Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal located in Mentor, OH. The paralegal will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of case preparation, including: intake, investigation, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and effectively communicating with clients and other legal professionals. Daily tasks include gathering evidence, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, managing case files, assisting with trial preparation, and supporting attorney in all aspects of case management. Experience with Filevine is a plus.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Research and Document Review
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in personal injury law is preferred
