Primary Location Pay Range: $62,775.72 - $94,163.58

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
- Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
- Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
- Maintains statistical/financial databases.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Expense Management: Oversee Plant Repair & Maintenance expenses by partnering with Construction Leaders to monitor spend, ensure alignment with budget and forecast, and proactively manage requisitions and purchase orders in Oracle Fusion.
- Vendor & Municipal Coordination: Manage Pole Attachment expenses by collaborating with municipalities and vendors to ensure timely invoice processing and accurate database tracking. Partner with Government Affairs and Global Accounting Operations on inquiries and accruals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a key role in the annual budgeting process by maintaining templates, analyzing trends, and incorporating feedback from Tech Ops leadership to enhance accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Month-End Close: Take ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting and reporting in alignment with established schedules and deliverables. Conduct financial research and performance analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Variance Analysis: Reconcile monthly expenses meticulously, while developing clear and impactful variance explanations to enhance financial transparency and decision making.
- Strategic Initiatives: Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving cost savings.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, exercising sound judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong analytical and financial planning capabilities.

- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
