- Responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, supervising staff, conducting patient screenings, communicating progress, documenting compliance, maintaining equipment, and providing caregiver training.
- Qualifications include a PT degree, current Texas license, physical ability, and preferred geriatric rehab experience.
