(B SHIFT)THURSDAY-SATURDAY, 6AM-6PM $21.50 W/ $1 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
PURPOSE:
Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker/ cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution centerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
- Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
- Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
- Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
:- Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forklift
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:- regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
- able to work safely at high levels, upwards of forty (40) feet
- able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
- required to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted above
- occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forklifts
- Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
