We are seeking a Full Time Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team and create exceptional first and lasting impressions rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. The Front Desk Agent serves as one of the first points of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Lyle's commitment to genuine hospitality. Working closely with the Front Office team and other hotel departments, this role plays a key part in creating seamless and personalized guest experiences from arrival through departure.

Front Desk Agent – Essential Functions
- Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine, and personalized arrival experience
- Provide seamless and efficient check-in and check-out services
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively create thoughtful, memorable solutions
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, and services
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
- Accurately process reservations, payments, and daily transactions
- Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Engineering, and all hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow all cash-handling and Front Office procedures
- Uphold company policies, brand standards, and guest service expectations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Front Office operations
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or guest-facing experience preferred but not required
- Hotel experience is not required—a fun, welcoming personality is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
- Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
$26.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
