Front Desk Coordinator - #308308

As Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the personality in the main office that greets people on the phone and walk-ins and assists in other office duties. The variety of this role will keep you engaged, and responsibilities will be tailored to suit your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors with friendliness and warmth
• Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
• Provide callers with basic and accurate apartment community information
• Process inbound and outbound mail/packages
• Maintain common areas of the office
• Maintain office equipment including copiers, mail meter and office supplies
• Assist with data entry of invoices received at the Corporate Office
• Timely filing of items
• Assist with projects, including resident surveys
• Perform other administrative/clerical duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a group
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive
• Detail oriented and organized
