With a network of modern, consumer-friendly clinics and highly skilled Doctors of Chiropractic, we deliver the highest standard of care while making chiropractic services accessible to all. Our primary focus is on helping our patients achieve better health through consistent maintenance and preventative care.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and playing an essential role in driving sales for our memberships and treatment packages. You’ll actively promote and sell our wellness plans, helping new and existing patients continue their chiropractic care with us at the most affordable rates available.

As a Wellness Coordinator, your role goes beyond managing patient intake and completing administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to use your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patients, all while educating them on the tremendous benefits of routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Membership Conversion: Actively promote and sell The Joint Chiropractic’s Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to new and existing patients, aligning them with the treatment plans recommended by our chiropractors. Use persuasive sales skills to educate and convert patients to our affordable membership options and treatment packages. Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging with patients and offering them personalized care options
  • Customer Service & Patient Engagement: Greet patients with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome and appreciated from the moment they arrive. Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with patients, making them feel at home at every visit. Share your personal chiropractic experience and success stories to educate patients on the long-term benefits of chiropractic care
  • Clinic Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized clinic, ensuring that inventory is stocked, and the workplace is ready for patients. Manage the patient flow through the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every visitor. Handle transactions using point of sale (POS) software, keeping patient accounts up-to-date and accurate
  • Administrative Support: Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all forms are processed correctly. Manage incoming calls, answering questions, and scheduling appointments as needed. Maintain patient records with attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Teamwork & Marketing: Participate in marketing and sales initiatives designed to attract new patients to the clinic. Collaborate with your team to achieve clinic sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and help grow the business

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales
  • Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Previous office management or marketing experience a plus

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive pay with performance-based incentives
  • Work in a positive, team-oriented environment focused on wellness and customer satisfaction
  • Opportunities for career advancement and growth
  • Be part of a nationwide movement to make chiropractic care accessible and affordable to all

If you’re ready to take your sales skills to the next level while making a positive impact on patients' health, we’d love to hear from you!
