Job Description:
- We are looking for fun and friendly individuals who genuinely enjoy being around people, have a positive attitude towards health and fitness and can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to members and their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Connecting and developing relationships with members
- Delivering exceptional customer service to members
- Checking in members of the club
- Receiving and making phone calls
- Making club reservations (tennis/racquetball courts, spa services, personal training appointments, etc.)
- Informing and selling members on club programs and services
- Performing basic and advanced POS transactions
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexible schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, some holidays)
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically able to stand and move around all day
- A team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivation and drive
