We’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fun, fast-paced pediatric dental team. With multiple beautiful locations, each day brings something new and exciting!

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

As the face of our practice, you will keep things running smoothly in a high-energy, high-volume environment.

• Welcome Families: Be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors.
• Manage Communications: Handle multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/check-outs like a pro.
• Multi-Site Support: Must be willing and able to travel between all of our office locations. (Mileage is reimbursed!)
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical staff to ensure an excellent patient experience.
  
  

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 1–3 years of customer service experience (prior medical or dental front office experience is a major bonus!).
• Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
• Travel: Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between all office locations is required.
• Communication: Clear, warm, and professional communication skills.
• Compliance: This role is safety-sensitive and requires a pre-employment drug screen. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
