In this role, you'll work with Hiring Managers and an exceptional team of Recruiting Sourcers and Coordinators to attract and hire the brightest and the best talent in the technology space. The Audible Talent Acquisition (TA) team are strategic talent advisors for the business and candidates, developing innovative solutions, seamless processes, and inspiring stories that ignite attracting and hiring bar-raising talent across the human spectrum to meet the needs of the business today as well as anticipating the needs of the future, enabling Audible to continuously imagine and invent to enrich our customers daily lives.

You are able to successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter, you will...
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for candidates by partnering with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches specifically for Science/BIE and tech non engineering hiring
- Provide regular status updates to Hiring Managers and participate in meetings with them
- Build client relationships and establish partnerships with internal stakeholders, such as HR and compensation teams
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition peers a, such as Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators
- Set expectations with Hiring Managers and influence teams to follow sourcing, prepping, and closing best practices
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
- Coordinate interview loops and involve the right interview teams for confident hiring decisions
- Continuously review and evaluate recruiting activities to optimize results

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Experience hiring for Data Scientist and Applied scientist roles
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles; you have a natural curiosity to learn more about the roles you recruit for and the products/technology the teams you support
- Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and report out on recruiting progress
- Experience in developing and executing deliberate sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Demonstrated success in generating diverse, well qualified candidate pipelines
- Has a business mindset and ability to partner with recruiting and internal stakeholders
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive and creative research
