Job Summary: As a Full Stack Developer at Royal Health Inc, this position provides an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Royal's products and services, working closely with team members and departments across the organization. Expertise in software development will help refine and enhance our technology stack, delivering solutions that support clients' needs and drive innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Continue building and maintaining high-quality code for both the front-end and back-end systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our software.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define and implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve product functionality.
• Optimize existing code, refactor as needed, and contribute to the enhancement of the software’s performance and security.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to support continuous, iterative development processes.
• Provide expertise and insights on software architecture, development practices, and emerging technologies to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, assist with troubleshooting, and create efficient solutions tailored to those needs.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, maintaining the software’s security and robustness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, proposing improvements to development processes and technology stacks to increase productivity and product quality.
• Be a trusted advisor and competent code reviewer.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development
• Proficient in front end development building components
• Comfortable building features that traverse the full stack
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Specific coding languages include but are not limited to: C# and JavaScript
• Experience in an agile and scrum environment
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements
• Client facing services experience - tech/health companies
• Comfortable speaking with clients to understand business needs, opportunities for efficiency gains, and generate new ideas
• Collaborate with developers and non-developers alike to develop well-crafted user experiences and to make the product a success
• Proven understanding of web security principles and other security systems
• Maintain knowledge of current and evolving technology, evaluate changes in or new technology, and provide management with information relevant to new technologies (hardware, software, or services) that could be beneficial
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Engineer or equivalent work experience
