This is a Full Time PM Float Custodian position.

• Must have reliable transportation. Ability to travel to multiple buildings within the school district and multiple buildings within the same work week.

Job Summary

Float Custodian cleans and maintains different school buildings and assists school personnel with work requests.

Essential Job Functions

• Cleans assigned areas of multiple buildings. Assists with general cleanup of the schools. Does emergency cleaning as needed.
• Assists in maintaining the security of multiple buildings, which may include locking and unlocking the buildings, performing weekend and vacation building checks, and maintaining the fire and burglar alarms. On-call for emergencies or to open buildings.
• Assists school personnel with work requests and errands.
• Assists in maintaining order.
