The Finance Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic, multi-year finance initiatives within the newly established Finance Transformation Office (FTO).
They will manage high-priority projects such as implementing finance technology systems (e.g., OneStream, RPA), oversee third-party vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.
Key duties include designing project management methodologies, mitigating risks, partnering with change management teams to facilitate adoption, and providing financial reporting on project ROI.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, IT, or related fields, with proven expertise in project management, vendor relations, and finance systems.
Skills required encompass strong communication, leadership, vendor management, and change management capabilities, along with proficiency in project frameworks (Waterfall/Agile).
The role involves developing best practices, documenting processes, and ensuring stakeholder engagement to drive operational efficiencies.
The position offers comprehensive compensation and benefits, including health plans, 401(k), paid time off, and educational support.
