Are you an experienced commercial Property Manager, looking for the next step in your career? We're on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to take the reins of an exceptionally complex asset. This isn't your average desk job – you'll be orchestrating a symphony of operations, ensuring every corner of this intricate property performs at its peak.

You'll be a true mentor and guide, shaping the next generation of property management professionals. You will be inspiring, coaching, and empowering a talented team, helping them navigate diverse portfolios of commercial assets, and watching them grow into industry powerhouses.

The role is onsite in Omaha, NE USA.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues.
Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
Develop and control annual budgets for large operating and capital expenses. Forecast complex management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Help create advanced programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries.
Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant commercial real estate experience . In lieu of a degree, a combination of commercial real estate experience and education will be considered.
Active real estate license is required.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
