ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

As part of the General Merchandise Sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a consistent and positive experience for our guests. You will handle operations, processes, and efficiency, ensuring that products are in-stock, accurately priced, and well-presented on the sales floor. You will also be responsible for inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional signing. Additionally, you will assist with pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work, ensuring efficient delivery for our guests.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

If you enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent service to guests, and stocking and selling Target products, then this might be the perfect job for you. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, have a welcoming attitude, can work independently or as part of a team, and pay attention to detail. You should be comfortable handling cash register operations, climbing ladders, and moving merchandise safely. A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary.
