Your responsibilities will include product set-up, inventory management, pricing, and promotional activities. You will also oversee food service and delivery. Your expertise will contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our guests WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be at least 18 years old - Previous retail experience preferred, but not required - Ability to lead and hold others accountable - Willingness to learn and adapt to technology - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Demonstrating a commitment to excellent guest service - Managing daily workloads and sales goals - Ensuring product availability and accurate pricing - Leading and coaching a team of hourly team members - Assessing areas for improvement and developing action plans - Creating and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment - Collaborating with other teams to meet store needs PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to respond to guest or team member issues throughout the building - Handling cash register operations accurately - Climbing ladders as needed - Efficiently and safely handling merchandise, including lifting items up to 40 pounds - Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA): Target is committed to providing reasonable accommodations during the application process for individuals with disabilities.
