They handle a variety of tasks, including stocking, pricing, and maintaining the sales floor. They also oversee food service and food safety Job Title: General Merchandise Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and helpful environment for our guests
- Plan and execute daily tasks to meet sales goals
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and stocked
- Oversee pick, pack, and ship fulfillment processes (if applicable)
- Identify and address any issues in the backroom or sales floor
- Lead a team of hourly team members, providing guidance and support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
