San Francisco Giants Camps is looking to hire seasonal Summer Camp Softball Coaches in Sacramento to make a three to five week commitment to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth while developing in them a love for the game and the San Francisco Giants. This seasonal summer camp softball counselor position earns a competitive wage of $660-800 per week. We are looking for Summer Camp Softball Counselors who:

• Have experience working with children ages 4-13
• Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
• Are able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting
• Are dependable and reliable; and can commit to working Monday through Friday throughout the summer
  
  
  

Core Responsibilities as a Summer Camp Softball Counselor:

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all seasonal summer camp kids
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
• Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Giants Baseball and Softball Camps stellar reputation
  
  
  

Qualifications for all Summer Camp Softball Counselors:

• Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum 3-5 week commitment
• Our Summer Camps run every week from July 18, 2024 to August 16, 2024
• Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
• Be able to pass a background and reference screening upon hire
• Pay is based on skill level and experience

Work Schedule for a Summer Camp Softball Counselor:
