Job Overview

At Bend Commercial Glass and Door (BCG), we're looking for a detail-driven, experienced Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from concept to completion. This role is critical to our continued growth and reputation as Central Oregon's top glazing and door contractor.

You'll be the hub between clients, estimators, field crews, and suppliers-ensuring projects are executed on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality. You'll also contribute to a collaborative culture that values clear communication, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from start to finish, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Conduct new job bid award reviews, pre-mobilization handoffs, and post-project profitability debriefs
• Attend weekly operations meetings and quarterly company gatherings
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including cost tracking, schedules, and communications
• Order materials accurately and coordinate logistics with field and fabrication teams
• Ensure timely, proactive responses to RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and submittal reviews
• Lead internal communication and collaboration through tools like Procore, Trello, MS Teams, and Bluebeam
• Maintain organized project folders accessible to all team members
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience managing commercial glazing projects
• Familiarity with Kawneer, OBE storefront and curtainwall, CRL transaction windows, and skylights
• Strong understanding of Low-E glazing, performance specs, and CSI Division 08 requirements
• Proficiency in architectural and structural plan sets, takeoffs, and submittals
• Working knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Trello, QuickBooks, and Bluebeam
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and a commitment to process improvement
