About the Job

We have various roles available in our General Merchandise and Food & Beverage teams. These roles involve ensuring products are well-stocked, accurately priced, and presented beautifully on the sales floor. Our teams are responsible for inventory management, replenishment, pricing, and promotional processes. In addition, they provide a fresh and food-safe experience for our guests, and efficiently fulfill online orders, using our pick, pack, and ship system.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a supportive team environment and delivering exceptional service to our guests. If you love the idea of stocking, setting up displays, and selling Target products, then this is the right job for you. We have training programs in place to teach you the necessary skills, but there are a few key qualities we value:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Quickly resolve guest questions and provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
