Job Description

We are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable experience, and our team plays a vital role in delivering this promise. We are seeking a creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand through visually stunning designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visually appealing graphics for various resort marketing materials, including billboards, brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and cohesive visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and special event graphics.
• Maintain and update the resort's visual assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Work closely with the sales and events teams to design custom graphics for special events, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools to enhance our visual communications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Sending email marketing campaigns.
• Helping with copywriting for ads, brochures, texts and radio scripts.
• Creating small flyers for the team
• Updating the monthly guest calendar.
• Developing flyers and collaterals for the sales team.
• Update menus and brochures, when needed.
• Assisting the team with various projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
• Passion for digital art and design, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
