The Groundskeeper maintains the appearance and safety of our office park grounds. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to keeping our property clean, attractive, and well-kept year-round.

The Groundskeeper maintains the appearance and safety of our office park grounds. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to keeping our property clean, attractive, and well-kept year-round.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds (mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, etc.)
- Remove debris, litter, and leaves from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or spreading salt during winter
- Monitor irrigation systems and report issues
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of outdoor fixtures and amenities
- Ensure grounds are safe and accessible for tenants and visitors
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
