Key Responsibilities
- Perform turnover maintenance on vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
- Complete general maintenance work orders for residents, addressing any repair needs promptly.
- Assist with maintaining the grounds of the condominium community, including landscaping and upkeep.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
- Operate a golf cart for property maintenance; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Broad knowledge of general maintenance tasks and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive hourly pay of $15/hr.
