As a Guest Advocate, you can expect:

- Experience promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services
A typical day as a Guest Advocate may include:
- Authentically greeting every guest, making them feel welcome
- Engaging in friendly conversations and assessing their shopping experience
- Assisting guests at self-checkout and scanning and bagging items efficiently
- Minimizing wait times while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- Informing guests about brand launches, store activities, and events
- Explaining the benefits of the REDcard and assisting with applications
- Showcasing and explaining the features of the Target App
- Providing guidance on fulfillment services and assisting with enrollment and usage
- Resolving returns and de-escalating negative situations
- Delivering service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, Registry, and Photo guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Stocking supplies and being available for guests during store hours
- Expressing gratitude and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
- Demonstrating ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Performing other duties as needed
