Service & Engagement

We are looking for individuals who are advocates for exceptional guest service. As a Guest Advocate, you will exceed guest expectations by providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance. You will help guests with both physical and digital services, making their shopping experience effortless and seamless.

A typical day as a Guest Advocate may include:

  • Greeting every guest with a warm welcome
  • Engaging in friendly conversations and understanding their shopping experience
  • Assisting guests with self-checkout and scanning items efficiently
  • Providing information about brand launches, store activities, and events
  • Explaining the benefits of the REDcard and helping guests apply
  • Showcasing the features and offerings of the Target App
  • Directing guests to fulfillment services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up
  • Handling returns and resolving any concerns
  • Delivering excellent service to guests using various services
  • Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies
  • Expressing gratitude and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrating ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
