- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
- Stay informed on travel trends, policies, and available promotions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient with computers and online booking tools
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
