Position Overview

Highly Skilled in QA , Oasis reviewer and Coding Clinical Manager. Quality organizational skills and strong understanding of home health & geriatric care. Experience in home health will be highly valued and very well compensated.

Responsibilities

  • Audits and Review Oasis and Coding.
  • Completes chart audit tool to document patient chart audit has been completed and any areas of concern have been addressed.
  • Maintains, adheres to and supports agency policies, procedures and patient care manuals.
  • Reviews coordination of patient evaluation between all disciplines involved in the client’s care to ensure quality driven cost efficient care plan.
  • Assists management and administration with quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.
  • Identifies clinical problem areas and informs Clinical Manager/Clinical Director of any deficiencies.
  • Enforces Agency work policies consistently.
  • Attends staff meetings as required including bi-annual all-staff in-services.
  • Adheres to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, staff and the organization
  • Performs other duties as required.


Qualification

  • Valid state issued Registered Nurse License and Certified in Oasis Review, Coding and ICD-10.
  • A working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements
  • Strong clinical knowledge and background
  • Must have positive and professional skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills.
  • Must be highly and consistently organized.
