Job Posting: HR Coordinator – Restaurant Group

Location: Santa Monica (In-Office)

Compensation: $25 - $27 per hour

In this role, you’ll focus on administrative HR tasks, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, helping ensure our team members have a seamless start to their journey with us.

What You’ll Do

• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process, including gathering required documents, conducting background checks, and preparing orientations for new hires.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, process HR paperwork, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear and timely responses.
• HR Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team on projects such as training, benefits administration, and other HR initiatives.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Positive and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus!
