HR Coordinator - #253148

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a variety of HR functions with a strong emphasis on internal communications, employee engagement, recruitment, learning and development, and payroll reporting. Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Location: Lewisville office (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Internal Communications

• Draft and distribute internal HR communications including newsletters, announcements, policy updates, and organizational news.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, wellness events, and company celebrations.
• Gather employee feedback and assist in creating programs that enhance workplace culture.
  
  
  

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Post job openings on various job boards and track applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate communications, the onboarding process, and orientation
  
  
  

Learning and Development

• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
• Maintain records of employee training and certifications.
• Support HR in tracking employee development goals and performance review timelines.
  
  
  

Payroll and Filing

• Maintain employee records according to company policies and legal regulations
• Assist in gathering, preparing, and auditing payroll data to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Support miscellaneous payroll reporting and complete compliance documents as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of HR experience or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Canva is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
