Job Summary

As the HR and Culture Manager at Bigeye, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our agency's vibrant culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and practices, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and spearheading initiatives that enhance our agency's culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the agency's current and future staffing needs.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the agency's culture and operations.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Monitor and maintain a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity.

HR Policy And Compliance

  • Work alongside 3rd party providers to develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the agency's compliance.

Employee Development And Engagement

  • Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Organize team-building activities, social events, and initiatives that boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Work to create equal opportunities for all employees and provide support for underrepresented groups.
  • Assist with the internship program of college students each semester.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for promoting a positive workplace culture.
