Position Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a key role in shaping the human resources management activities at our fast-growing consulting firm. This position involves a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee retention, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, professional team player who thrives in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring: Lead efforts to source, screen, and interview candidates; manage job postings across various platforms and handle candidate correspondence.

Employee Relations: Assist with onboarding, internal hiring processes, and post-termination procedures. Collaborate with the HR Manager and other leadership to address and resolve workplace issues.

Policy and Benefits Administration: Guide employees through benefits enrollment and help them understand and utilize their benefits effectively.

Training and Compliance: Contribute to the creation of training materials and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Support the professional development of the team.

Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that aligns with our organizational values and business objectives.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and organization.

Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards.

High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Human Resources or business-related fields is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

Provided computer equipment.

Need a steady, comfortable workspace with a strong, reliable internet connection.

Workspace should be quiet and professional, free of distractions and background noise during working hours.
