HR Onboarding and Recruitment Assistant - #176879

Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for an experienced HR Onboarding and Recruitment Assistant. This position will be remote, however candidates are required to live local to Sacramento, CA for 2-3 onsite meetings per month. Candidates outside of commutable distances will not be considered. The ideal candidate has light recruitment experience, onboarding and new hire coordination experience, and proficient computer skills.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supports the Internal Bidding team, which handles all union/represented requisitions within specified service lines (i.e., Nursing, Laboratory, etc.).
• Responsible for evaluating and referring bargaining unit bidders that are eligible and qualified in seniority order to hiring managers.
• Responsible for extending offers to candidates, initiating onboarding, and maintaining engagement throughout recruitment process.
• Will assist in processing I-9 documents, initiating or scheduling background checks and screenings (drug and health), and high volume data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word), preferred experience in Taleo. Candidate must be able to navigate between computer applications and multitask.
• Preboarding and previous HR experience preferred.
