PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our Columbus health centers.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for core Human Resources functions.
- Oversee and manage the HRIS to ensure efficiency and functionality, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Download, enter, and maintain accurate data within the information system.
- Coordinate and schedule new-hire orientation and prepare all required materials.
- Ensure accurate completion of onboarding documentation for all new hires.
- Monitor and update employee records, departmental files, and informational packets.
- Maintain inventory of Human Resources equipment and general office supplies.
Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred; demonstrated experience in information systems or technology is required; proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; two to three years' experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within a Human Resources function.
