Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Min = $62,613.88

Mid = $78,267.35

Max = $93,920.82

Summary

Under the direction of Human Resources Leadership team, performs a variety of Human Resources services at the professional level including but not limited to being an informational resource for employee relations, human resources analytics, recruitment activities, benefits, organizational development, and compensation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services through the Human Resources Department. Utilizes available resources and data to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement that is consistent with practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government laws.

Responsibilities

Partner with key Human Resources team members to research, resolve issues, and complete assigned projects, and makes human resources recommendations in accordance with policies, practices, and procedures.

Assist in the initial intake and resolution of job-related complaints and concerns including proactively identifying, responding, and identifying available resources to assist Team Members in addressing employee relations concerns. Escalates concerns as appropriate.

Provides assistance to HR Specialty areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, and Recruitment as assigned.

Assist in the research and preparation of required and supporting documentation for Human Resources related tasks including unemployment claims, leave management, conflict resolution, and other employment related claims.

Manages HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Assist in measuring, assessing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources services through analyzing data and offer solutions in effectively manage problematic trends for assigned projects.

Partners with leadership across the organization on employee engagement initiatives and action plans.

Performs other duties as assigned and/or requested.

Education

Essential:

  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Other Information

REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field and no experience

PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and 1 year human resources or healthcare experience. Human Resources Certification preferred
