Role Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Human Resources Partner. This pivotal role supports our HR Business Partners across five key global functions: People & Places, Finance & Growth, Product & Insights, Global Corporate Affairs, and Legal. In this client-facing position, you will focus on enhancing team engagement, refining talent processes, leveraging people analytics, and providing coaching support. Your work will ensure we meet our strategic objectives effectively and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with people managers on performance management initiatives from start to finish.

Analyze talent data and trends to influence business strategies alongside HR Business Partners.

Offer guidance on complex personnel matters, ensuring thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations.

Facilitate organizational and job-related changes using tools like Workday and Outlook to streamline processes and communications.

Generate regular reports to provide actionable insights to leadership teams.

Conduct exit interviews, promote engagement discussions, and deliver key findings to HR Business Partners.

Enhance Talent Management processes by developing resources and communications that empower managers in their talent practices.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for candidates who have a blend of HR and operations experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong business acumen and HR expertise, including problem-solving, high judgment, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong project management and execution capabilities.

Proficient coaching and consulting skills.

Proven ability to engage with all organizational levels.

Experience working with global tech teams of over 300 members.

Capable of thriving under pressure and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
