- Recruiting (probably 85% of the job).
- Managing the Point System and issuing disciplinary notices/warnings as needed.
- Onboarding new hires.
- Compliance Training: Setting up video trainings.
- Issuing out 90-day evaluations.
- Assist with leave of absences management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resources.
- Must have experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Bilingual Spanish
