Job Details

Responsibilities -

• Perform engineering calculations for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Design piping and ductwork systems using Revit and AutoCAD
• Select appropriate system equipment to meet project requirements
• Develop HVAC control system designs and perform commissioning and performance analysis
• Collaborate with fabricators, installers, programmers, and other design/construction trades to ensure seamless execution
• Participate in cross-training and support collaboration within the engineering team
• Contribute to project documentation and ensure alignment with company standards and timelines
  
  

Must Have / Background -

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within HVAC or plumbing
• Familiarity with Revit or other modeling tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of engineering principles including fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and psychrometric analysis
• Knowledge of building codes, plumbing codes, material specifications, and system sizing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
