Immigration Paralegal - #249833

LHH is seeking an employment-based immigration paralegal to join our reputable client's team. This role involves substantive and client-facing work, managing case preparation, filing petitions, and overseeing case statuses. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be able to work in the client's downtown Pittsburgh office 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Independently prepare and file petitions, including document gathering, review, analysis, and drafting.
• Oversee case statuses using case management and billing systems.
• Work with clients to intake cases, troubleshoot issues, and establish strategies.
• Communicate promptly with foreign nationals and clients about case statuses.
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Adapt to changes in immigration policy and incorporate them into processes.
  
  

Who You Are

• Experience in Business Immigration Law
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Well-versed in various elements of immigrant and nonimmigrant case preparation
  
  

Pay Details: $50,000 - 65,000
