The exciting, fast growing Digital Solutions division of Siemens Government Technologies is actively recruiting for Professional Services Implementation Consultants.

As a Siemens Professional Services Implementation Consultant, you are the support person for building a strong relationship with customers and helping them realize their vision within their industry. This position requires excellent interpersonal/customer support skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter PLM configuration and customization implementation skills.

As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Consultants, Product Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and demonstrate how Siemens Government Technologies Digital Solutions services will impact and integrate with customers’ initiatives, business drivers, value and impact.
  • Provide Teamcenter Customer Support
  • Support Teamcenter upgrades including testing
  • Work under the direction of a mentor to learn and understand the Digital Solutions services delivery framework of Industry Best Practices and Template solutions.
  • Support the architectural design area of product domain solutions to address the customers’ business requirements.
  • Understand customers’ goals and objectives in order to support change initiatives are needed for the customer to be more efficient and productive.
  • Understand business requirements to help support specific solutions, applications or process designs for moderately complex projects.
  • Provide support for project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality.
  • Document platform specifications by consulting with users, management, and stakeholders.
  • Work within a team to estimate and plan and schedule deliverables and tasks.
  • Document functional and integration test plans/scripts and perform software testing activities.
  • Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.
  • Provide support for technical recommendations and implement overall system design of the Teamcenter PLM Solution.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • BS degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or related field or minimum of five years of equivalent knowledge of PLM.
  • Experience with implementing/supporting Teamcenter solutions or similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Agile
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Good communication skills at various levels throughout an organization.
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills.

Required Locations:

  • Must be living in/near, or willing to relocate to the following locations:
  • Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • Marietta, GA
  • Palmdale, CA

Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% on future assignments

Security Clearance:

  • Candidate must be US citizen and have the ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance and Program clearance.

  • The salary range for this position is $79,600.00 to $140,000.00. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
