We are seeking a dedicated, talented, and creative Industrial Designer. To elevate the exceptional products of different types of displays. You will have a critical role in concepting and developing new products for internal innovation and clientele. In this role, you will contribute to all aspects of industrial design and product innovation, taking products from concept through production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create innovative designs for merchandising displays for supermarket stores and more
• Develop detailed sketches and renderings
• Ensure designs meet technical specifications and production requirements
• Utilize creative techniques where applicable to create unique and functional designs
• Research new materials and trends to incorporate into designs
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products
• Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the design process
• Collaborate with the Sales team on special customer product requests
• Partner with manufacturing to evaluate whether design concepts will fill needs at a reasonable cost
• Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical
• Build models, patterns, or templates
• Manage assigned projects, including special projects
  
  
  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 3 plus years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the groceries, floral, furniture design, or related industries
• Experience with SolidWorks is a MUST
• Ability to design and develop products from concept to production
• Ability to create detailed technical packages for factories, including specifications, patterns, and assembly instructions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, and team communication
  
  
  

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field preferred
