Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
About The Role
As an Industrial Estimator, you will play a vital role in our projects by preparing detailed estimates and ensuring the smooth execution of industrial projects. From attending pre-bid meetings to collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
Review project specifications and drawings to determine the necessary components of estimates.
Gather quotes, perform take-off estimating, and respond to inquiries to ensure accurate estimates.
Engage with customers, contractors, and internal teams in a professional manner.
Provide technical assistance and recommendations to enhance project efficiency.
Communicate effectively with project managers to facilitate project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction, electrical engineering, or related field OR completion of a relevant apprenticeship program.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, cost control, or engineering.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Proven ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
