ITM Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Model (ITM) is effectively implemented in both group residences. Serving as an essential member of the Group Residence teams, the ITM Coordinator will oversee the preparation for group sessions and work alongside the Clinical Director to ensure youth participation. Additionally, the ITM Coordinator will gather the necessary data to complete the biannual PIR.

Additionally, the ITM Coordinator will gather the necessary data to complete the biannual PIR.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Program development, documentation review, material design and curriculum development are all major tasks related to ITM
- Oversees data tracking, collection, analysis, and reporting via the Program Implementation Review (PIR)
- Trouble shoots implementation barriers, puts action steps in place to address barriers, and tracks progress toward goals
- Participates in ongoing training and efforts that develop expertise in ITM(DBT) so they are able to be culture carriers of the ITM in their organization
- Assists in day-to-day working of the ITM model – skills groups assistance, modeling, coaching skills reinforcement and teaching skills on the fly
- Organizing groups in both programs
- Ensuring the group facilitators are ready for groups weekly but providing group supervisors to all the facilitators
- Carry a small clinical Case load
- Engage in weekly therapy
- Facilities group as necessary.
- Completed documentation timey, according to the Jewish Board policy.
- Other tasks as assigned

- Values and Demonstrates Cultural Competency
- LCSW, LMSW or a master’s degree in social work. Behavioral Health or related field
- A minimum of two (2 experience in either child welfare, Juvenile justice, mental health, or other residential treatment setting)
- Experience in evidence-based practice with at least one treatment. Supervisory and training experience in above interventions a plus
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent training skills
