Overview

Interns will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with agency professionals and participate in real-world assignments. This role will work with our Data & Analytics Manager on Campaign work including performance reporting and optimization + data work. The role combines Experience with campaign test design/learning plans, reporting and optimization of Account data (first and 3rd party), including demographics Engagement data (email opens/clicks, push notifications taps, web visits and clickstream).

Qualifications

• Student in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field
• Passion for analytics, working with data, understanding the consumer, and deriving insights to answer client business questions
• Comfort with working in and contributing to a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Strong Math Proficiency

Program Duration And Details

• Hybrid Internship (minimum of 3 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency)
• 10-week internship program from June into August
• The hourly rates for our internship positions are $18-$20/hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience

Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
