Seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care at one of three CA locations (Victorville, San Jacinto, Rancho Mirage).
- Salary $250k-$300k with benefits including 6 weeks’ vacation, health/dental/vision, 401k, and life insurance.
- Responsibilities include delivering pain management using medications and referrals, educating patients on lifestyle and disease management, and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team.
- Must demonstrate excellent medical skills, be board-certified in Internal Medicine, and hold a valid California medical license and federal controlled substance registration.
- Position involves supervision of staff, participation in quality initiatives, and adherence to care standards. No procedural skills required. Must be able to meet productivity and performance measures.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with rotating on-call weekends. Physical demands include sitting, walking, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. Equal opportunity employer.
