The role:

SoFi is seeking a proactive and self-driven Internal Recruiter to support the internal hiring needs of our Operations function. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both employees and hiring managers to facilitate seamless transitions into new opportunities within the company. This role is vital in fostering a culture of internal mobility, enabling our employees to gain diverse experiences and advance their careers within SoFi.

What you’ll do:


  • Manage the full internal recruiting life cycle for our internal only positions in addition to partnering with external recruiters on requisitions that are available to both internal and external candidates. This includes: reviewing internal applications, providing constructive feedback to internal candidates, interviewing internal candidates, managing offer conversations with internal candidates, as well as guiding hiring managers throughout the internal mobility recruiting process
  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators, People Business Partners, Compensation, and Business Leaders to execute smooth internal mobility experiences.
  • Drive the development of internal pipelines and conduct 1:1 career conversations to support effective succession and mobility.
  • Influence positive change and facilitate the adoption of internal mobility best practices among business leaders and their teams.


What you’ll need:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting, TA Operations, HR Operations internally at SoFi; OR minimum of 2 years of experience in a People Partner or internal, in-house recruiting role
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and/or improve recruiting processes
  • Demonstrated success in influencing change with business leaders and/or key stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent responsiveness
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using ATS and HRIS systems (Greenhouse & Workday are a plus), with solid skills using spreadsheets
  • Experience navigating sensitive conversations and providing actionable feedback


Compensation And Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
