Enervenue is looking for Engineering Interns to be part of our Mechanical teams. These are corporate engineering positions assigned to Mechanical organization located at our Fremont, CA facility. These roles are expected to last 8-10 weeks. Position may requires some travel.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Gather data and analyze the business challenges alongside subject matter experts. Drive evidence-based decision-making that helps in designing a new process or solving R&D projects.
• Work with Mechanical Teams on developing prototypes and testing
• Help with projects in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes
• Provide engineering support to project teams to resolve quality issues
  
  

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Certifications:

• Working towards BS in Material Science or Engineering
• Experience in battery desired.
  
  

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:

• Understand the fundamentals of engineering & battery processes
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Strong analytical skills. Demonstrate ability to use root cause analysis methodology
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor
• Strong organizational skills

Salary Range:

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
