ndShift: 2 PM-11pm

**Summary: **

This position is responsible for coordinating and verifying the movement of raw materials to and from the warehouse while ensuring that inventory accuracy aligns with the day's operational requirements during the assigned shift.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: **

  • Lead, train, and mentor the inventory team to guarantee the efficient and accurate processing of Division 7 manufacturing ingredients.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy within the department.
  • Validate the delivery and return of ingredients to and from the preparation area.
  • Manage inventory transactions that occur throughout the shift.
  • Confirm adherence to departmental allergen guidelines and maintain the integrity of containment (IOC) for all materials during the handling process.
  • Ensure the accurate tracking of lot numbers and material movements within the inventory management system.
  • Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating leadership and teaching capabilities.

**Education and/or Experience: **

  • A minimum of six months to one year of relevant inventory management experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
