Inventory Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
• Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed, organized, and ready for sale
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain accuracy
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure inventory is updated regularly
• Provide support in other areas of the dealership as needed

Qualifications

Inventory Specialist Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in inventory management is a plus, but not required
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
