- Erecting and installing structural steel components
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Operating and maintaining various tools and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Working at heights and in various weather conditions
- 3+ years of experience as a Journeyman Ironworker
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
