About The Role

As our IT Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to resource for internal tech support, systems maintenance, and ecommerce platform assistance. You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the tools we rely on operate smoothly and securely.

This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals with a strong service mindset, who enjoy learning and want to grow their technical and business acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for employee tech support—troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and ecommerce tool issues.
  • Maintain internal systems (email, file sharing, inventory, ecommerce platforms), working closely with vendors as needed.
  • Generate and distribute recurring reports to support business operations.
  • Spot recurring issues, propose improvements or automations, and support implementation.
  • Support tech projects by documenting processes, testing new systems, and coordinating tasks.
  • Monitor data integrity and perform routine system audits and user updates.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver tech training or user-friendly documentation.
  • Participate in warehouse operations for up to 14 days/year to support system performance on-site.

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar tech-focused role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and customer service mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable translating tech for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is a plus.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) are welcomed but not required.
